While I am not a licensed nutritionist, I can offer general nutrition advice based on your needs and goals, and I can direct you to a licensed professional for more information or meal plans.

All you need is your body and an enthusiastic mindset! I recommend having at least a set of dumbbells, a medicine ball, and a yoga mat, but starting with no equipment is perfectly fine; we will go at your own pace.
