$40 - 100/per session (based on frequency & length)

1 - 3 weekly training sessions with Azalia
30 min sessions
45 min sessions, or
60 min sessions
A structured program for non-training days to help you stay on track
Meal plan guidance and macro calculations
Full access to me for any questions or concerns at any time
Personalized Training Program
$250 - 600 (based on duration of program)
This program includes:
Self guided training program, tailored to your fitness goals, physique, available equipment, and schedule
Duration is based on your availability and goals (typically 4 to 16 weeks)
Exercise tutorials for proper form and movement
Meal plan guidance and macro calculations
1 -2 weekly virtual check-ins
Group Training Sessions
$100/per hour plus travel reimbursement (limited to Phoenix Metro Area)
What to expect:
Dynamic and supportive environment where everyone works together to achieve their fitness goals
Each class is designed to be engaging and inclusive, offering modifications to accommodate different fitness levels
This package is great for private events like bachelorette parties and celebrations, providing a fun and unique way to bring your group together

All you need is your body and an enthusiastic mindset! I recommend having at least a set of dumbbells, a medicine ball, and a yoga mat, but starting with no equipment is perfectly fine; we will go at your own pace.
