Weekly Training Sessions

$40 - 100/per session (based on frequency & length)

This program includes:

  • 1 - 3 weekly training sessions with Azalia

    • 30 min sessions

    • 45 min sessions, or

    • 60 min sessions

  • A structured program for non-training days to help you stay on track

  • Meal plan guidance and macro calculations

  • Full access to me for any questions or concerns at any time

Personalized Training Program

$250 - 600 (based on duration of program)

This program includes:

  • Self guided training program, tailored to your fitness goals, physique, available equipment, and schedule

  • Duration is based on your availability and goals (typically 4 to 16 weeks)

  • Exercise tutorials for proper form and movement

  • Meal plan guidance and macro calculations

  • 1 -2 weekly virtual check-ins

Group Training Sessions

$100/per hour plus travel reimbursement (limited to Phoenix Metro Area)

  • Dynamic and supportive environment where everyone works together to achieve their fitness goals

  • Each class is designed to be engaging and inclusive, offering modifications to accommodate different fitness levels

  • This package is great for private events like bachelorette parties and celebrations, providing a fun and unique way to bring your group together

  • Yes, you can do sessions online, either through 1:1 training with me or through a virtual program tailored to your goals and needs.

  • During your first session, you can expect an introduction and goal setting, a warm-up, basic movements with proper form protocols, an assessment of your fitness levels, pacing, and a cool down with stretching and feedback.

  • Yes, I have experience working with individuals with various conditions, including torn ACLs, diabetes, osteoporosis, pregnant and postpartum clients, multiple sclerosis, hypertension, herniated disks, and several others.

  • While I am not a licensed nutritionist, I can offer general nutrition advice based on your needs and goals, and I can direct you to a licensed professional for more information or meal plans.

  • All you need is your body and an enthusiastic mindset! I recommend having at least a set of dumbbells, a medicine ball, and a yoga mat, but starting with no equipment is perfectly fine; we will go at your own pace.
